NEW AO SMITH BTH 199 HIGH EFFICIENCY CONDENSING WATER HEATER INSTALLED IN THE BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN

On this one here we did a direct replacement of an old AO Smith condensing Cyclone water heater that has never been serviced. These type of condensing water heaters if serviced and flushed every year can last to close to 20 years. This one that we replaced for this customer only last about 8 years due to lack of maintenance. DO NOT neglect any gas fired appliance including your boiler or water heater.
